Three operating entities, now in formation.

Alifarc establishes entities in the UK, Germany, and Nigeria.

Alifarc has begun establishing operating entities in three jurisdictions: the United Kingdom, Germany, and Nigeria.

The three-jurisdiction structure was a design decision at incorporation, not a sequential expansion plan. Each location aligns to a specific regulatory and industrial-policy environment relevant to the company’s areas of business.

United Kingdom

The UK entity is positioned to take advantage of post-Brexit regulatory flexibility through the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), and to access the manufacturing and life-sciences incentives developed by the Office for Life Sciences. The UK serves as a regulatory and capital-formation anchor.

Germany

The Germany entity is positioned for EU market access through the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM), and to draw on Germany’s manufacturing tradition and bioengineering talent base. Germany serves as the European manufacturing and scientific collaboration anchor.

Nigeria

The Nigeria entity is positioned for Africa’s largest pharmaceutical market and as an anchor for participation in the African Union Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Plan for Africa (PMPA) and the African Medicines Agency in formation. The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) is the national regulatory authority. Nigeria serves as the African manufacturing, distribution, and policy anchor.

Together, the three entities provide regulatory diversification, talent access, and policy alignment across the markets that span the company’s intended geographic reach. Specific entity-formation milestones, leadership appointments by jurisdiction, and operating-licence applications will be reported as they occur.
