As its operating entities become active, the company intends to work within the regulatory frameworks of each jurisdiction in which it operates, including the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) in the United Kingdom, the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM) in Germany, and the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) in Nigeria, alongside applicable EU and African Union frameworks.

2. Quality and standards

The company's stated approach is speed without compromising standards. Where development and manufacturing activities begin, they are intended to meet the applicable quality-management and good-practice requirements of the relevant regulators. No statement on this website should be read as a claim of safety, efficacy, or approval of any product.

3. Business ethics

Alifarc does not tolerate bribery, corruption, or unethical conduct in any form, and expects the same of its partners and suppliers. Formal policies are being established as the company builds out its operating entities.

4. Recruitment-fraud awareness

Be cautious of recruitment fraud carried out in Alifarc's name. Alifarc will never ask a candidate to pay a fee, buy equipment, or share financial or sensitive personal information to be considered for a role.
