Alifarc Pharmaceutical and Medical Technology Company Limited has been formally incorporated. The company is structured to operate across three integrated disciplines (pharmaceutical development and manufacture, bioengineering platform design, and biotechnology research and development).
The corporate purpose, as registered, spans five principal activities:
- Pharmaceutical and healthcare drug manufacturing and distribution
- Technical testing and analysis
- Research and experimental development on biotechnology
- Bioengineering design activities for the healthcare and medical industry and production
- Medical and engineering related scientific and technical consulting
Alifarc is founder-led by Babatunde Bello, who brings over twenty-five years of experience across drug discovery, science, engineering, finance, business, and management, with significant contributions to medicine and pharmaceuticals.
The company has entered the formation phase. Corporate structure, regulatory pathways, and the founding scientific and commercial leadership are being built across three operating jurisdictions: the United Kingdom, Germany, and Nigeria.
